Lance got his start at the back of the pack and never forgot what it felt like to race alone. Now he leads group swims, organizes ride-alongs, and is usually the loudest voice at the finish line — making sure every Three Bees athlete has a crew behind them.
Three Bees ambassadors aren't sponsored pros — they're the people who make races feel less lonely. They host meetups, welcome newcomers, and show up at start lines to cheer for total strangers.
